Recognition, made strategic.
Awards Pulse exists because winning the right awards moves real business outcomes — and the way teams chase them today is broken.
Our mission
Companies spend tens of thousands of hours every year chasing awards. Most of that work is wasted — wrong programs, missed deadlines, copy-paste applications, and a year-end report that can't tell anyone whether it worked.
We started Awards Pulse because we lived inside that problem. Marketing teams pulling all-nighters before Cannes. Agencies running parallel spreadsheets per client. Founders who couldn't tell their board if any of it mattered.
The thesis is simple: if recognition is a channel, it deserves the same instrumentation as any other channel. Pipeline, ROI, win-rate, throughput. Workflow that respects the team's time. Evidence over fluff. That's the product we're building.
What we believe
Three principles. Everything else follows.
Evidence over self-promotion
An award entry is a proof statement, not a press release. Every claim should be defensible to a panel that will read 200 of them.
Awards as a channel
Recognition is a measurable input to pipeline, press, and hiring — not a vanity metric. We treat it that way and we expect our customers to.
Operators, not bureaucrats
We build for the marketing lead, the comms manager, and the agency producer. The product respects how fast they have to move.
A note from the team
We're a small, opinionated team based across North America. We've sat on the marketing side, the agency side, and the judging side of awards — and we're building the workspace we always wished existed.
