Awards Pulse collects the information you provide directly — name, company, email address, billing details — and basic technical data about how you use the product (page views, feature usage, request metadata). We do not buy or sell personal data.

We use your data to provide the service: match you against awards, draft submissions, send you receipts, and respond to support requests. Aggregated and anonymized usage data informs product decisions.

Submissions you draft inside Awards Pulse may be processed by third-party model providers under strict data agreements. Your evidence library and draft outputs are not used to train public models.

You can access, export, and delete your data at any time from inside the workspace. For requests we can't fulfill from the product, email privacy@awardspulse.com.
