Awards Pulse provides a drafting and intelligence platform to assist organizations in preparing award submissions. While our AI is designed for high-fidelity extraction and drafting, the final responsibility for submission accuracy rests with you.

Data uploaded to your private Evidence Vault is isolated and encrypted. Awards Pulse does not use your proprietary draft responses or case studies to train public models. Information processed via our API integrations follows strict data residency protocols.

You retain full ownership of all drafts generated by the platform. Awards Pulse grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute the AI-generated outputs for the purpose of award applications and corporate marketing.

Users agree not to use the platform to generate misleading or fraudulent claims. We provide tools for articulation, not fabrication. Attempts to deceive industry governing bodies may result in immediate account suspension.
